Do you know there are million ways to be cool

// January 20th, 2008 // No Comments » // Entertainment, Humour, Songs, Video Songs, Videos, You Tube

Yeah here comes another great youtube discovery of mine. There are million ways to be kool/ cool. The song is too damn good and its Title “Oh, Ok Go, You’re a million ways to be cool” says it all. The video is a backyard dance of these 4 guys as I just collected a picture from web of them

Bringing a distant family member to various school functions, and passing them off as your significant other: Not cool. Tights and oversized sweatshirts: Cool for salacious dance teachers, not cool for an awkward high school senior. However, impromptu choreographed dance routines? Always cool.
Unfortunately for most, dance routines are always out of place, and generally result with being banned from various establishments. Ok Go, on the other hand, can perform one in the middle of their set, and look cooler than the Backstreet Boys did when they did that thing with the chairs.
“We never really thought that it would be our video [for "A Million Ways"], we just wanted to come up with a dance so that we could drop our instruments in the middle of our show, and perform a dance routine,” said Damian Kulash, Ok Go’s lead singer and guitarist. “If we could make people feel like they were living in a musical for a second that would be totally awesome.”

“Look Into My Eyes” by Outlandish; Lyrics and video

// January 6th, 2008 // 1 Comment » // Songs, Video Songs, Videos, You Tube

Dear readers

I have always been the fan of classic tale Little Red Riding Hood, as my mom usually used to tell me this story when I couldn’t sleep in the  Winter nights during the power outage which is a common thing here in Pakistan. I have always been thinking of its best interpretation. You people may know (my friends/foes) or may not know (Just surfed on in) ,I was always a fan of home made little videos; giving some funny, sarcastic, happy, angry, scary or  inspirational idea. And yeah I usually made a few with my own ideas and  creativity. They were not bad as I believe. So purpose of all this saying is; this video seems to be not a big budget and like a home made video but gives a great message. Its their (Outlandish Band) interpretation of the “Little Red Riding Hood” and I love it. It left tears in my eyes. I still remember my Nursery class in “Fiction and tales” where I watched a video of this tale and this is the second time this story touched my heart in a different way through this video interpretation.  Bravo Outlandish for making such a touching video.

According to Wikipedia

“Little Red Riding Hood is a famous fairytale about a young girl’s encounter with a wolf. The story has changed much in its history, and been subject to numerous modern adaptations and readings.”

Yes the Wolf(s) are Israelis who are killing innocent Palestinians!

Ok Lets proceed to the Lyrics of the song. The lyrics and  video is on the full blog post!

ShetonMovies:This movie touched my heart; My name is Lisa

// December 20th, 2007 // No Comments » // Videos, You Tube

I was just searching over the youtube for video and I found this great videos. It really touched my heart. Well my grandmother had the same problem in her last days and I have experienced a person like this so I know it really happens! Alzheim is what this disease is called. But such situation can occur to anyone not Alzheimer’s patients specifically. My gramdma had started forgetting the things. We Muslims pray 5 times a day and she (after she started forgetting the things) kept on praying all the time, started calling me with my uncle’s name (who died young and she loved him the most!) even forgetting what she ate in the lunch just 15 minutes later. My sis usually took care of her and yeah she deserves a great life as she was too much patient with her so-called Alzheimer and then a complete one year of paralyzed life! Bravo Sis!
